Policy of Service
Payment
Our pricing is based on the type of service you need and an estimated cost depending on the size, condition of your home, and the tasks you'd like completed. This is an estimated price, as we can't know exactly how long it will take to finish your home. After providing an initial estimate, we set a time frame for the team to complete the cleaning. If more time is needed, we'll discuss the price adjustment with your consent, or we can prioritize key areas to stay within the original time frame.
We also offer hourly rate services, where you set the price and provide a priority list, and we’ll work through it based on your preferences.

After your service, we’ll follow up the next day to ensure you're satisfied.
One-Time Services: You can choose to pay via Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, ACH, or credit card (with a 3% fee for credit cards). We’ll send an invoice via text with the payment details, so you can pay accordingly.
For Recurring Services: Payments can be made via ACH or credit card (with a 3% fee for credit cards). We’ll send an invoice for the first payment, and then set up automatic payments starting the following month, which will be processed on the 1st of each month.
Insured and Bonded
We are insured and bonded. Also, our in-house trained and certified cleaning professionals were thoroughly vetted before hiring.
Build-up of Mold or Hardwater Stains
We will make every effort to remove these stains. But if it’s not possible, we’ll offer to set up a special treatment service at a separate charge. This is not typical but can occur when regular maintenance has not been implemented.
Reschedule and Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling: Yes, you can reschedule. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, a $40 fee will apply. For last-minute cancellations or if we have no access to the property, a $50 fee will be charged.
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel recurring services, please provide a 30-day notice via email or text message.
Holidays
Our staff and cleaners do not work on these federal holidays: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Fourth of July, and Labor Day.
Price changes
YCC requires a quarterly check-in to evaluate your service and make necessary changes to pricing or schedules. We do this via an in-person check-up with one of our cleaning specialists, a questionnaire emailed to the customer, and a time management review of the cleaning of their home.
Unhappy With Your Service
Our holistic cleaning specialists are trained to follow a highly detailed cleaning plan. If you're not satisfied, simply let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll happily return to address any areas of concern. We’ll also offer a discount on your service. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
Damaged By Us
We understand that accidents can happen. If something is damaged, YCC will respectively resolve the issue in a timely manner.
