Policy of Service
Payment
First-Time Payment: Once you book your service, you’ll receive an email invoice for a $50 deposit. This goes toward your total and must be paid the same day to secure your service date. You can pay using ACH (no fee) or credit card (3% processing fee applies).
After your service, we’ll follow up within 2 days to check in, then process the remaining balance using the same card or payment method used for the deposit.
Please note: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, the $50 deposit will be kept as a late cancellation fee.
Recurring Auto-Payment: After paying for your first service, we will set up auto-pay starting on the 1st of the following month. We will use the same account you used for your first payment. Please notify us if you need to update your payment information.
Insured and Bonded
We are insured and bonded. Also, our in-house trained and certified cleaning professionals were thoroughly vetted before hiring.
Build-up of Mold or Hardwater Stains
We will make every effort to remove these stains. But if it’s not possible, we’ll offer to set up a special treatment service at a separate charge. This is not typical but can occur when regular maintenance has not been implemented.
Reschedule and Cancellation Policy ​
Please contact us to reschedule rather than cancel to avoid extended service times and a $30 fee. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments changed within 24 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a $50 fee, regardless of the reason, including illness or emergencies. This allows us to honor the time and commitment of our cleaning team.
Holidays
Our staff and cleaners do not work on these federal holidays: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Fourth of July, and Labor Day.
Price changes
YCC requires a quarterly check-in to evaluate your service and make necessary changes to pricing or schedules. We do this via an in-person check-up with one of our cleaning specialists, a questionnaire emailed to the customer, and a time management review of the cleaning of their home.
Unhappy With Your Service
Our holistic cleaning specialists are trained to follow a highly detailed cleaning plan. If you're not satisfied, simply let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll happily return to address any areas of concern. We’ll also offer a discount on your service. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
Damaged By Us
We understand that accidents can happen. If something is damaged, YCC will respectively resolve the issue in a timely manner. ​
