Policy of Service

The Day of Your Service: You will receive a notification 24 hours before your scheduled service as a reminder. Additionally, you will receive a text message when your cleaning specialist is on the way.

 

Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments changed within 24 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a $50 fee, regardless of the reason, including illness or emergencies. This allows us to honor the time and commitment of our services.  If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, the deposit will be kept as a late cancellation fee. If you cancel and receive a refund, a $5 processing fee will be deducted.

 

Build-Up & Home Condition Notice: Your cleaning specialist will do their best to remove heavy build-up of food, grime, grease, hard water stains, or similar. If they cannot clean it with reasonable effort, they will notify you. If mold, feces, urine, or other biohazards are present, we reserve the right to cancel the service.

 

If your home’s condition is below average, extra time may be needed. Any additional time must be approved by your cleaning specialist on the day of the service. If approved, extra charges apply. Please do not pay the cleaner directly. If they cannot stay longer, extra time must be scheduled for another day.

 

Please Tidy Up: To help us work efficiently, please pick up toys, clothes, dirty dishes, and other household items before your cleaning specialist arrives. Unless you’d like these included in your service.

 

Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not satisfied with your service, inform us within 24 hours so we can rectify the issue. Call, email, or text us at any time with your concerns.

 

Payment Information: Thank you for your $50 deposit, which secures your appointment and will be applied toward your total. After your service, we’ll follow up within 24 hours to see how your service went, then process the remaining balance using the same payment method. If you choose to pay by credit card instead of ACH, a 4.2% fee will be added to the total of your service payment.

 

Recurring Auto-Payment: After paying for your first service, we will process payment within 24 hours of your recurring services. We will use the same account you used for your first payment. Your membership fee will be processed on the 1st of every month. Please notify us if you need to update your payment information.

Membership Cancellation Policy

When you sign up for our membership, you agree to a 6-month commitment. After the initial 6 months, your membership will automatically renew for another 6-month term unless you cancel. We require a 30-day notice for cancellation. If you cancel recurring services before the end of any 6-month period, you will be charged the full price of your first service, $120 per hour. This charge will be applied to the payment method we have on file.

 

Late Payment Policy: If, for any reason, we cannot process your payment, and it remains unpaid 10 days past your service date, a 10% late fee will be added to your total. We will take further action if necessary.

 

Optional Gratuity Information: If you'd like to tip your cleaning specialist, please do so directly in cash, Venmo, or PayPal. Tips can’t be added to your service payment. Ask your specialist for their preferred method. Thank you for your kindness!

 

Holidays No Open

Our cleaners do not work on these federal holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, Fourth of July, and Labor Day.

 

Damaged By Us
We understand that accidents can happen. If something is damaged, YCC will resolve the issue in a timely manner. ​

 

Home Cameras
For the security of our staff and their extended families and/or relationships, you are required by California law to disclose the presence of surveillance. 

 

Security for our Staff: California law requires disclosure of any surveillance for the security of our staff and their families.
