Policy of Service
In order to best serve you and our other clients, we require at least 42 hours before the cancellation or reschedule of your services. It takes time to coordinate our cleaners to ensure consistency. If a cancellation/reschedule takes place in less than 42 hours of your scheduled service time, a $20 fee will be charged. If the cleaner has arrived and there’s no way for them to enter your home or you want to do a last minute cancellation, there will be a charge of $35 for the cleaner's time. Also, please bear in mind that the later you choose to re-book your next service, the more unclean your home may become, which could potentially increase the cost of your next service.
If there is a buildup of mold, grease, and food and the cleaner is noticing that it’s not removable or cleaning up after an appropriate effort, we may need to set-up a special treatment service that will be a separate charge from your original service. (This is not typical, but can occur when regular maintenance has not been implemented.)
Payment is due 10 days after you have received the invoice. There will be a late charge of 25% of the service if payment is 30 days late.
For recurring clients (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly): You agree that you are only eligible for discounted services if you receive all services scheduled, which is at minimum, 4 services. If these terms are not met, you will be charged the additional remainder amount of the discounted services received.
If you would like to cancel your regular maintenance service, please give us a 30-day email notice. All notices must be emailed to email@example.com with subject line: Cancel My Recurring Service [Name] with your corresponding information in the email body. Either party may cancel this agreement with a thirty (30) day written/emailed notice. We do not take these cancelations in any other form, email only please.
YCC annually observes the federally recognized holidays: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Fourth of July, Labor Day. Cleaners do not work holidays.
YCC will follow up after 3 months of service if needed to evaluate service and make any changes necessary including pricing and or schedule.
If you are not satisfied with your service or have adjustments that need to be made, please call us within 24 hours of your service in order to be eligible for any adjustments. Please feel free to call Mon - Fri between 9 am - 6 pm with any concerns.
For the security of our staff and their extended families and/or relationships you are required by California law to disclose the presence of surveillance.
