As an independent contractor, your primary responsibility is to provide high-quality cleaning services to clients. This includes arriving on time, completing assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly, and maintaining professionalism at all times. You are also responsible for keeping your schedule updated, communicating any delays or changes to clients and our team, and ensuring you have the necessary supplies and equipment for each job. Ultimately, your role is to deliver an exceptional cleaning experience while representing yourself and the company with integrity.

As an independent contractor, you’ll need your own cleaning supplies, equipment, and any specialized products you prefer to use. This includes basic tools such as mops, vacuums, microfiber cloths, and eco-friendly cleaning products if you choose. You’ll also need a smartphone to communicate with clients and our team, as well as reliable transportation to reach client locations on time. Maintaining your own supplies and tools ensures you can work efficiently and consistently deliver high-quality results for every client.

As an independent contractor, you will be paid based on the scheduled duration of each service. Payments are processed weekly. To receive payment, you must submit an invoice for the services you completed during that week by Monday at 12 PM. Payments are made via Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App.

As an independent contractor, you have the flexibility to choose the days and times you are available to work. You will update your availability in our scheduling system, and clients will be assigned based on your selected hours. It is your responsibility to keep your schedule up to date and to promptly communicate any changes, delays, or cancellations to both clients and our team. This helps ensure smooth operations and maintains a steady flow of work.
